Kilo Broad Bean
1 piece. Onion
1 piece. Medium Tomato
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pinch of Dill
1.5 Cups Boiled Water
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
2/1 Half a Teaspoon of Salt

Broad beans are washed thoroughly.
Mix lemon and flour in a glass of water so that the broad beans do not darken.

Cutting vegetables

The tomatoes are peeled and chopped.
Olive oil is taken in a pan.

The onions are cut into cubes and thrown into the pan and fried until they turn pink.
The broad beans, washed and drained, are added to the pan and roasted.

Add tomatoes to the roasted broad beans and cook until the tomatoes are crushed.
After adding water to the beans, add granulated sugar and salt and mix thoroughly.
