Apple marmalade is a dessert that you can use for breakfast or you can dilute it and drink it as fruit juice. By preparing marmalade in advance and filling it in jars, you will have a dessert that can always be at hand.

Wash and peel the apples thoroughly in plenty of water.
Chop into thin slices and remove the seeds.

Add water

Put the peeled apples in a deep saucepan and add water to cover them. Put the pot on the stove and cook until the apples are completely crushed.
After the apples are cooked, cover the bottom of the pan and when it cools down a little, take it in a strainer and mash the apples through a strainer.

Take the crushed apples back into the pot and put them on a rapid fire, slowly add the powdered sugar, stir constantly so that it does not hold the bottom.
When the mixture thickens and reaches the consistency of marmalade, add lemon juice and mix again.
