The baked stuffed peppers recipe is one of the popular item all over the world. Homemade stuffed peppers! Nutritious colored paprika that is mixed with seasoned beef, salty rice, and slightly sweet tomatoes, then cooked with mozzarella cheese and then baked until completely tender. It’s really delicious to take with dinner or lunch.

500g Bell pepper
2 Cups of rice
3 Tomatoes
1/2 Half a bunch of parsley
2 Onions
Dry or fresh Mint If available
1 Tablespoon of dried mint fresh mint can also be used in our house
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Cup of Olive oil
2 Glasses of hot water

Directions

Start preparation

Wash and sort the bell peppers very well and Slice a tomato to cover them.
Wash the rice, parsley, onion, and mint well and put them in a bowl. Parsley and onion should be finely chopped

Start Cooking

Put the bowl over the oven to cook in low heat. While the onions are roasted over low heat, add the tomato paste and peeled tomatoes.
Also, add the washed rice. After adding that add the remaining ingredients (mint, parsley, black pepper, red pepper) and remove from the heat.

Start filling

Fill the pickled peppers halfway, cover them with tomatoes, and place them on the baking tray.
In your preheated oven, cook your stuffing at 180 degrees until they are browned. Your meal is ready.
