1 Carrot
1 Potato
200 Grams of Peas
Medium Sized Onion 1 Piece
1 Piece of Lemon
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Lump of Sugar

Artichokes are cleaned and washed.
Rub half a lemon into the artichokes so that the artichokes do not darken.

Add Artichokes pan

Artichokes are arranged in a sealed pan.

The remaining half lemon juice is squeezed over the artichokes.
