Bulgur pilaf with tomato, onion and pepper recipe

Bulgur is a very easy to digest food. Dieticians recommend eating bulgur pilaf rather than rice. Making bulgur pilaf alongside vegetable dishes is a healthy choice.

1 Bowl of Coarse Bulgur
2 Tomatoes
1 onion
2 Pointed Peppers
1 Water Glass Chicken Juice
1 Cup of Hot Water
2 Tablespoons Liquid Oil

First, we roast the finely chopped onions, after the onions are roasted, we add the chopped peppers.
We put the onions on the well roasted onions and peppers and mix them.

Add chicken stock and hot water

On top of all this, we add bulgur, mix two or three times and add chicken stock and hot water.
After adding salt and mixing once, we close the lid and leave it.

We cook on low heat without mixing until the water is absorbed. After removing the water, we rest it for 10 minutes by placing a napkin under the cover.
Our rice is ready to serve. It can also be served with yoghurt if desired.
