We heat half a tea glass of oil and tomato paste a little in the pot. Then add 4 glasses of water and wait for the water to boil. When the water starts to boil, we throw 2 tea glasses of vermicelli into the water. (While doing this, the string noodle we put in the water may be less for our eyes, we should not go beyond the dimensions.
The soup is likely to turn into pasta, as the vermicelli will swell later. After adding the noodles, we add the salt and mint to the soup as we wish, after adding the spices, we continue the mixing process for 3 minutes so that the noodles do not stick and the spices mix. After the noodles soften and cook, we can turn off the stove.
