1 pack of baked pasta
2 medium onions
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 kg ground beef
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme optionally
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 glasses of milk

Preparation

Boil the pasta for about 5 minutes by adding salt and some oil to the boiled water and strain. Roast the onions you chopped for food and the garlic you chopped into small pieces in a pot in which you put some oil until they turn pink. After roasting the onions, add the minced meat and fry.
After roasting the minced meat, add salt, black pepper and thyme and tomato paste and, after keeping it on the stove for a while, roast the bottom of the stove. Add the flour to the oil melted in another pot and fry. Add the milk slowly and mix constantly. When it starts to thicken, add salt and pepper.

Mixture

Turn off the heat when it thickens well. Spread half of the pasta mixed with béchamel sauce in a square baking dish and spread the mixture with minced meat on it. Spread the remaining pasta on the mortar with minced meat and pour the grated cheddar cheese over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the top is browned.
