3 medium red beets
1 medium tomato and carrot
3 medium artichokes
1/2 lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 coffee cup of vinegar
1 coffee cup of olive oil

First, we boil the artichokes that we have washed and cleaned before, in hot lemon water.
Put the red beets in another pot and boil them in sufficient amount of water.

Add boiled beets

After peeling the skins of the boiled beets, we grate the beets with a grater.
We add half of the garlic, salt and olive oil into the grated beet.
Mark as complete

Add carrot

We fill the belly of the artichokes with the beetroot mixture we have prepared.
Then peel and grate the carrot.
Mark as complete

Add lemon and tomatoes

Add lemon juice, salt and olive oil to the carrot and place this mixture on top of the artichokes.
Finally, we decorate our artichokes with tomatoes.
