Green beans, one of the most popular and consumed vegetables of the summer season, are both delicious and nutritious. I share the easy recipe. This is a great way to cook fresh green beans.

1 Kg. Green beans
3 Tomatoes
1 Dry Onion
1 tbsp. Spoon Tomato Paste
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1.5 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Glass of Hot Water

Directions

Preparation

First, remove the bones of the fresh beans and wash them, then either break them with your hands or chop them with a knife.
Chop the onion into small pieces and place it in a saucepan, spread the crushed and washed beans on it. Covering the onions.

Cutting vegetables

Peel the skins of the tomatoes, cut them into cubes, and spread them over the beans.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, add sugar and salt.

Add olive oil

Finally, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil on the ingredients.
Put the pot on the stove and wait for it to roast on low heat with the lid closed. It is roasted with its own water for about 20 minutes without adding water.

After roasting, add 1 glass of hot water to the pot and cook over low heat until the beans are soft.
