1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

10 Cloves of Garlic
1 Dessert Spoon Cumin
1 Kilo Medium Eggplant
1 Medium Tomato
3 Tablespoons Liquid Oil
1 Tea Cup Warm Water

First, the eggplants are cut into rings and soaked in salted water.
While the eggplants stand in the water, we prepare the meatballs.

Add salt, cumin and black pepper

Add ground beef, salt, cumin and black pepper in an empty bowl and begin to knead.
Then, when the minced meat we knead has reached the consistency of meatballs, the kneading process is stopped and tangerine-shaped pieces are removed from the meatball.

Then place the onion in the middle of the pot and decorate the pot with tomato pieces.
