500g Half a kilo of bell pepper
2 cups of rice
3 tomatoes
3 tomatoes

2 onions
Dry or fresh mint if available

2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 Olive oil close to 1 tea glass
2 glasses of hot water

Wash and sort the bell peppers. Slice a tomato to cover them. Wash the rice, parsley, onion and mint well and put them in a bowl. Parsley and onion should be finely chopped.
While the onions are roasted over low heat, add the tomato paste and peeled tomatoes. After adding the washed rice, add the remaining ingredients (mint, parsley, black pepper, red pepper) and remove from the heat.

Fill the pickled peppers halfway, cover them with tomatoes and place them on the baking tray. In your preheated oven, cook your stuffed at 180 degrees until they are browned. Your meal is ready. Bon Appetit.
