This recipe is very healthy because it is made with green lentils. The importance of green lentils for humans is that it carries as much protein as the protein in meat. Green lentils will be very useful during digestion, even if the effect of protein decreases when boiled.

We wash the green lentils thoroughly, then we put 2-3 fingers on the water and boil it. We leave it a little hard so that it does not fall apart too much.
We roast the onions in another pot.

Then we add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste on it. We mix it well.
Then we add minced meat on this mixture and mix it 3-4 times.
