For bulgur pilaf, we first chop the onions finely. Then we add 2 tablespoons of liquid oil into the pan and add the onions.
We roast the onions until they die a little, then add 2 chili peppers and 1 tomato, and continue roasting until the peppers are roasted. After roasting, we add 1 bowl of bulgur pilaf and fry for 1-2 minutes, add 1 glass of hot water and 1 glass of chicken broth, add the spices we want, and close the lid of the pot.
