A tradition originating from the Ottomans İç pilaf. It is the indispensable flavor of important meetings and New Year’s Eve. Contrary to popular belief, it is quite easy to make an Inner Pilaf that you cannot get enough of with the right ingredients.

3 glasses of hot water will be used.
For the inner rice
cinnamon
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon of allspice
2 glasses of rice
1 piece of onion
use olive oil
5 or 6 branches of dill
4 tablespoons rice currant

Soak the rice and let it rest for half an hour.
Sauté the onion with butter
