A tradition originating from the Ottomans İç pilaf. It is the indispensable flavor of important meetings and New Year’s Eve. Contrary to popular belief, it is quite easy to make an Inner Pilaf that you cannot get enough of with the right ingredients.

Adjust Servings
3 glasses of hot water will be used.
For the inner rice
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon of allspice
2 glasses of rice
1 piece of onion
use olive oil
5 or 6 branches of dill
4 tablespoons rice currant

Soak the rice and let it rest for half an hour.
Sauté the onion with butter
Mark as complete

Add rice and onions

Add the rice to the sautéed onions and fry for a while. Stir rice constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom
Put all the spices and currants on the rice at the same time.

Add water

Add water to your rice mixture and wait for it to absorb the water.
Without uncovering your cooked rice, you can wait for a while to brew with the bottom covered and serve.
