2-3 Grains of Lemon
2 Dry Onions

First clean the mackerel fish and rinse the inside and outside thoroughly with plenty of water.
Drain the fish with a strainer and draw cuts on the edges with a knife.

Spread olive oil on the fish and cook the mackerel fish on low heat, oven grill or electric grill until well browned on both sides. Take care not to splinter when taking the fish into the plate.
