2 pounds of green pepper
1 and a half liters of water approximately 6 cups
15to 20 cloves of garlic
3 cups of Grape Vinegar

According to the materials given above, we first boil our water and leave the boiled water to cool. Then we wash our peppers, cut their stems and scratch the tips of the peppers. We add chickpeas to the bottom of our jar. Later, while adding the peppers, we add garlic occasionally. We add vinegar, granulated sugar and salt into our water, which we previously boiled and left to cool. We mix it well until the salt we have added melts. After the mixing process is completed, we pour this water over the peppers in the jar. We can cover our peppers with parsley or celery leaves. Finally, we close the lid of our jar tightly so that it is not airtight. After waiting for 10-15 days in a damp and sun-free place, our pickle is ready.
