First, fry the chopped onion, garlic and peppers in a pot for 3 minutes.
Then add the carrot into the pot and mix until it is roasted.

Chop the courgettes in cubes, peppers in cubes and add to the pot.
Then the pot is mixed well, covered and left to roast for 5 minutes.

Then add the chopped tomato and tomato paste to the pot.
