5 or 6 Eggplant, depending on the size
1 Large Sized Onion
450 Grams of Ground Beef
1 bunch of Parsley
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 Small Tomatoes
2 Grains of Stuffed Peppers
4-5 Slices of Bread
Oil For Frying
1 Egg
2 Cloves of Garlic
Black pepper

First of all, we cut the eggplants into long and thin strips.
Pour the oil into a pan and heat it.

Add eggplants

We fry the aubergines by throwing them into the oil.
We leave the fried eggplants to cool aside.

Then we add the minced meat, then the grated onion and garlic, egg, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and knead it in another bowl.
We turn them into meatballs and fry them.
