3 tablespoons of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
1 tea glass of rice
5 glasses of water
Red pepper flakes and salt

First of all, we wash the rice well.
We put the washed rice in a pot and add 5 glasses of water.

Boil rice

We boil the rice until it is cooked well.
