Directions

Preparation
First, wash the lentils and separate them from their water.
Add 3 glasses of water and boil until soft.
Mark as complete

Mixture
Add the fine bulgur for the meatballs to the lentils, mix and leave it covered for about half an hour.
Peel, wash and chop the onions.

Add oil and onions
Add onions, oil and 2 teaspoons of salt into the pan where you will roast and fry.

Before roasting the onions, put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in the pan and fry for a little more.

Add Lentils
Wash and chop bunches of green onions and parsley at the same time.
Take the lentils left to rest in a large bowl, add the spices, two teaspoons of salt and the sauce with tomato paste, mix.

Then add lemon juice and greens and knead.
Take small pieces from the mixture and shape it by squeezing in your hand.
