Making Mushroom Chicken Sauté

One of the most delightful and delicious recipes of eating mushrooms on the table is mushroom sauté. It’s pretty easy to make. I would like to share this wonderful recipe that is as delicious as well as protein stock.

350 Grams of Fresh Mushrooms
1 Large Chicken Breast
2 Green and Red Peppers each
1 piece. Medium Sized Onion
2 Coarse Garlic
1 piece. Tomato
1 Heaping Half Spoon Tomato Paste
4 Spoons of Liquid Oil
2 Tea Glasses Drinking Water
Black pepper

First we put the mushrooms in a large bowl filled with water. Then we wash with plenty of water. We prepare other vegetables by washing them.
We add 4 spoons of oil into a flat saucepan. We transfer the chicken that we cut into medium-sized cubes into the pan and roast it until it releases the water.

Vegetables Cutting

Chop the onions as small cubes as possible and transfer them into the chicken. Then we add the garlic and roast the onions for a while.
Add the mushrooms that we cut into cubes into the pot. We add tomato paste.
Mark as complete


We add the peppers that we cut into small pieces into the pot and add 2 tea glasses of water, salt and pepper.
Close the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes, first boiling over high heat and then reducing the bottom.
Mark as complete
