Mushroom meat sauté is a very tasty dish with plenty of protein in it. Sautéing meat with mushrooms is also very simple. Sautéed mushrooms are so simple, yet so flavorful at the same time. Mushrooms have an intense umami flavor on their own.

1 Grain Onion
2 Peppers
2 Tomatoes
Half Pack Mushrooms
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Black Pepper, Cumin, Chili Pepper and Salt

First, we clean the mushrooms and soak them in lemon water for half an hour.
Then we take the meats that have been cut in cubes and put them in the pan and cook our meats on low heat.
