4 pcs. Medium Potatoes
2 pcs. Medium Sized Onion
Half Bunch of Parsley
8 tablespoons of liquid oil
1 Cup of Boiled Water
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 Teaspoons of Mint
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

We wash and peel the potatoes.
Then we cut the potatoes into cubes.

Then we add water over the potatoes and cook until the water is absorbed.
