First, we transfer the freshly ground ground beef into a large bowl, grate the onion and add it to the minced meat
We start kneading by adding 1 glass of fine meatball bulgur, flour, egg, salt, mint and black pepper into the minced meat and onion.

Add oil and tomato paste

Shaping the meatballs, which we kneaded well, into small circles and spread them on a tray where we sprinkle some flour so that they do not stick to each other.
