As can be understood from its name, Izmir meatball is one of the most famous and popular meat dishes of Izmir. As a housewife from Izmir, I prepared the recipe for this delicious meal for you.

500 g ground beef
1 onion
3 slices of bread crumbs
2 teaspoons of meatball mixture
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1-2 cloves of garlic
3 medium potatoes
1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
2 tomatoes, peeled, diced, peeled
4-5 peppers
1 glass of water

3 slices of bread crumbs, 500 g of ground beef, 1 finely grated onion, 2 teaspoons of meatball dough, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper, half a teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 pinch of thin Chopped parsley, 1-2 cloves of grated garlic are kneaded well until they get a homogeneous shape.
Then, pieces are taken from this mixture and prepared as meatballs. 3 medium sized potatoes are cut into apple slices and fried in hot oil.

In the same way, peppers are cut in half in the middle and fried in the same oil. After applying this process to the meatballs, meatballs, potatoes and peppers are placed in a boron glass properly.
Liquid tomato paste and tomatoes are added into a pan and fried for a few minutes, then poured over the potatoes and left to cook in the oven at 200 degrees.
