1 glass of yoghurt
1 Turkish coffee cup of rice
7 glasses of water
2/3 Turkish coffee cup flour
1 egg
2 spoonful butter
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Mint and salt

Put oil, salt, rice and water in a pan.
Boil the mixture until the rice is soft.
Mark as complete

Add egg and water

In a bowl, whisk the yoghurt, flour and egg together with 1 cup of water.
When the rice in the pot becomes soft, add the mixture in the bowl, stirring little by little, into the pot.

When the soup boils, turn down the heat and wait for another 10-15 minutes. (Don't forget to stir the soup from time to time.)
When the soup is cooked, turn off the heat.

In a pan, heat the butter first and then mix it with mint.
