What to Do with Roasting

Undoubtedly, roasting is loved by many and indispensable for the tables. The preparation of roasting, which is the first dish that comes to mind especially during the Sacrifice Holidays, is also practical.

Roasting adapts to many foods. Roasting lovers often claim that rice pilaf is a good complement. Apart from rice, there is no doubt that they are a good couple when potato salad comes with onions and roasting.

How is roasting done?

If we are going to roast, the ingredients we need are:

  • 1 kg of sheep
  • 100 g lard oil
  • Eyeball salt, pepper and thyme

First of all, tail fat is finely chopped and roasted in a pan. Add the diced leg and cook it on low heat for 1 hour in its own juice. After the meat is cooked, thyme, black pepper and salt are added.

It is important to serve the roast while it is hot in order to get a better taste. Cold cuts of tomatoes, peppers and onions are recommended to accompany this unique flavor.
